Ashok Panjwani

Prof. Panjwani holds a B.Tech. degree in Civil Engineering from IIT Delhi, 1981, and is also a Fellow (Ph.D.) from IIM Ahmedabad, 1991. He has a singular blend of industry exposure and academic experience. Before joining MDI GURGAON, he has worked ( 1981 – 85 ) as a structural engineer with primarily Civil Engineering consulting companies. His teaching, research and consulting interests are focused on design of production systems, quantitative modeling for resource optimization and application of network models to project planning and monitoring. He was the FIRST Chair of MDI’s Post Graduate Programme in Management (MBA equivalent) started in 1994. He is currently a FULL TIME Operations Area Faculty at MDI Gurgaon and also an Independent Director on the Board of 2 companies.
