About Course :

These five year Integrate programs have to distinct objective of equipping young minds with knowledge, skills and attitude so as to make them capable of successfully meeting the present requirements and future challenges in legal profession. The courses are intended to impart intensive knowledge and training in management , an overview of humanities and social science subjects and a thorough understanding of law subjects through moot court exercise , clinical work, practical session in procedural laws, lectures in substantive laws. The objective is to equip students for managerial responsibilities and professional legal practice.

Law of Contract , Law of Torts , Family Law ( Hindu Law & Mohammedan Law ), Constitutional Law Of India ,Law of Crimes, Law relating to Transfer of Prosperity and Easement , Land Laws, Company Law, Labour Laws, Administrative Law, Taxation Law , Law of Evidence, The Code of Criminal Procedure 1973,The Code of Civil procedure 1908, Juvenile Justice Act 2000 and Probation of Offenders , Law of Limitation.
Arbitration, Conciliations and Alternative Disputes Resolution System , Profession Ethics ,Lawyers Accountability and Bar- Bench Relations, Public Interest Lawyering, Legal Aid and Pera Legal Services, Environmental Law, Public International Law and Human Rights ; Criminology and Penology and Victimology. Trust Equity Fiduciary Relationship , Legal Languages , Legal Writing, Interpretation of Statues, Drafting , Pleading, Conveyancing and Moot Court Trial

Career Options :

For BBA LLB(Hons.); B.Com LLB (Hons.); and BA LLB (Hons.) : Bar Council Of India In a survey had found that there is a great demand of skilled lawyers. A law student can be a public prosecutor , solicitor general or a part of private legal firm after gaining experience. Law students after successful completion of programme can appear in the examination conduct by the Public State Service Commission and get the position in civil or judiciary . A good lawyer can work in ministry , government departments and various legal advice organizations. In due course of time you can have specialization as Criminal Lawyer, Civil Litigation Lawyer, Legal Analyst, Document drafting Lawyer , Legal Journalist , Legal Advisor, General Counsel In Banks and Business House, Government Lawyer, Public prosecutor or Judge.

Eligibility Criteria:

The candidate should passed the 10+2 examination conducted by CBSE or equivalent examination from a recognized Board with minimum aggregate of 50% .
