Job Opening: Admission & Outreach Manager
We’re hiring an experienced Admission & Outreach Manager to drive enrollment for our School of Architecture & Design! If you have a passion for design education and a proven track record of hitting targets, we want you on our team.
What you’ll do:
- Lead the Process: Manage the full admissions process, from initial inquiry to final enrollment for Design Programmes.
- Advising: Counsel prospective students and families on suitable design programmes and help them navigate the application process.
- Sales & Outreach: Clearly articulate the value of a design education with us and conduct high-quality consultations.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly enrollment goals for our design programs.
- Partnerships: Develop and execute collaborations with various relevant sources and educational partners.
What we’re looking for:
- A graduate with 3+ years of dedicated experience in admissions, ideally with Design, Fine Arts, Architecture or Creative courses.
- A history of consistently achieving enrollment targets.
- Excellent communication, consultative sales skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
- A self-starter who can manage a large applicant pipeline effectively.
