Role Summary:

The Head of Digital Marketing, Branding, Communications & PR will lead the end-to-end Marketing, Branding, Communication, and Public Relations strategy across all entities of the KR Mangalam Group — including KR Mangalam World Schools, and KR Mangalam University.

The role requires a visionary leader with a strong digital-first mindset, capable of building a powerful brand presence, driving qualified leads, and ensuring measurable business impact through strategic communication and marketing excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Leadership

  • Formulate and implement an integrated marketing and communication strategy for the Group.
  • Strengthen the brand’s positioning and identity across all KR Mangalam institutions.
  • Align marketing and branding strategies with institutional goals, admissions, and revenue objectives.

2. Digital Marketing & Lead Generation

  • Design and execute high-performing digital campaigns across channels — Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and programmatic platforms.
  • Develop and manage lead generation funnels to drive student inquiries and conversions for university and school verticals.
  • Implement data-driven strategies for remarketing, nurturing, and conversion optimization.
  • Collaborate with the admissions team to ensure effective lead handover, tracking, and reporting through CRM systems.
  • Continuously explore new-age digital opportunities such as influencer collaborations, AI-driven campaigns, and performance automation.

3. Branding & Creative Direction

  • Build and maintain a strong, unified brand architecture across the Group.
  • Supervise all creative and design initiatives — campaigns, videos, visual content, and brand collaterals.
  • Ensure consistency in brand messaging, tone, and identity across all marketing channels.

 4. Communications & Public Relations

  • Lead all internal and external communications to ensure consistent and engaging messaging.
  • Build and manage relationships with media houses, journalists, and digital publishers for positive coverage.
  • Enhance the institution’s visibility through thought leadership articles, events, and industry partnerships.

 5. Content & Social Media Strategy

  • Oversee content planning and storytelling for websites, videos, and social media platforms.
  • Drive engagement through creative, informative, and student-centric campaigns.
  • Monitor online reputation and ensure proactive digital brand management.

 6. Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Define clear KPIs and success metrics for all marketing and communication initiatives.
  • Regularly monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, CRM dashboards, etc.).
  • Prepare comprehensive performance reports highlighting ROI, CPL (Cost Per Lead), engagement metrics, and brand reach.
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure data-driven decision-making and transparent performance tracking across all digital and offline initiatives.
  1. Stakeholder & Team Leadership
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a cross-functional marketing and communications team.
  • Manage creative, digital, and PR agency relationships to ensure timely and quality deliverables.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability within the team.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration (MBA preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience in marketing, communications, and branding — preferably in education, services, or multi-brand environments.
  • Proven expertise in digital marketing, performance marketing, lead generation, and brand communications.
  • Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and media relations network.
