Awareness Campaign on changing the narratives about suicide
School of Humanities organised an impactful awareness campaign to commemorate Suicide Prevention Week, under the theme “Changing the Narratives about Suicide.” Students from the Psychology Programme actively participated in various activities aimed at raising awareness and promoting suicide prevention. These activities included poster-making, article writing, poetry writing, a nukkad natak (street play), and a group song. The students’ creative talents were showcased through these mediums, effectively conveying messages of hope, resilience, and the importance of seeking help. Additionally, a campus-wide awareness rally was held, where students took to the grounds to spread messages of strength, solidarity, and support.
