    Chetna Society in collaboration with Counseling and Mental Wellness Centre (WeDost) organized a Workshop titled “Expressive Arts as an Intervention for Clinical & Counseling Practice.”  The session, aimed at promoting the benefits of art therapy, resource person of the workshop were Dr. Ashima Narula, a Expressive Art Therapist, and Ms. Anshika Rana, a certified expert in Expressive Art Therapy. The primary objective was to raise awareness about Expressive Art Therapy and its potential benefits for emotional well-being. Participants were encouraged to explore their emotions, experiences, and self-identity through various art modalities, fostering resilience, empowerment, and self-awareness.
