AVIRENI SRINIVASULU was born in Thurimella on 26-02-1963, Andhra Pradesh, India. He received the B.Tech., Degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Sri Venkateswara University, Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh in 1986, M.E., Degree in Power Electronics Engineering from Gulbarga University, Gulbarga, Karnataka in 1991, M.S., Degree in Software Systems from Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS), Pilani, Rajasthan in 1998 and Ph.D. Degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering (VLSI Design) from Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra, Ranchi, Jharkhand in 2010. He worked in various capacities such as a Lecturer, Assistant Professor, Reader, and Associate Professor in the Department of Electronics & Communication Engineering, T.G.L.G. Polytechnic, Adoni; Guru Nanak Dev Polytechnic, Bidar, Karnataka; K.S.R.M. College of Engineering, Kadapa, Andhra Pradesh. He has also worked abroad in Defence University Engineering College, Ethiopia; University of Rwanda (KIST), Kigali, Rwanda.

He has also worked in Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra, Ranchi, Jharkhand, Dean (R&D) and Professor of Electronics and Communication Engineering, Vignan’s Foundation for Science Technology and Research University (Deemed to be University), Vadlamudi, Guntur, India, and Dean (Academics and R&D), Director (IQAC), Professor of Electronics and Communication Engineering, JECRC University, Jaipur, Rajasthan. At present he is working as a Pro-Vice Chancellor, and Professor of Electronics and Communication Engineering, K. R. Mangalam University, Sohna, Gurugram since 13-08-2021. He has put in 32 years of teaching and 18 years of research experience (including teaching) in the Department of Electronics & Communication Engineering in all.

Prof. Avireni Srinivasulu is a Senior Member of IEEE, Senior Member of IACSIT, Life Member of ISTE and a Member of the Institution of Engineers (India). He has published over 175 articles in international journals and international conference proceedings. Research interests include VLSI Design, Analog ASIC, Embedded Systems, Digital Systems and Microelectronics Engineering.
