  • “Human Resource Development in Automobile Industry (A Comparative Study of Tata Motors and General Motors’’.
Dr. RichaNangia has over 12 years of teaching, research and professional assignments experience with reputed institutions. Currently she is working as Associate Professor at K. R. Mangalam University, Gurgaon, India. She has earned her doctorate from University of Rajasthan on the topic Human Resource Development in Automobile Industry (A Comparative study on Tata Motors and General Motors). She is Gold Medalist in her (MBA), Masters in Business Administration in HR & IT from Rajasthan Technical University. She has many publications in reputed refereed and peer-reviewed International journals like Scopusetc; and has presented many research papers in numerous International National Conferences including IIM Indore, MDI Gurgaon and others. She is the member of editorial board of a UGC approved journal. Seven students have been awarded their doctoral degree under her guidance. Her areas of interest include Principle of Management, Organization Behaviour, Training & Development and Human Resource Development.
