Prof. Heena Arora is currently working as assistant professor at K.R. Mangalam University. She is pursuing FPM (Ph.D.) from Jagan Institute of Management Studies, Rohini, Delhi, in the area of marketing. She has done post-graduation in marketing and human resource as dual specialization. She has worked with organizations like Marketing and Development Research Associate, India’s Today, Tata Power DDL. She is also a tech-savy person as she did her bachelors in computers application and has sound knowledge about the application of computer languages like C and C++. She has also worked with Edumedha JIMS as master trainer of Information Technology. She asserts that learning is the lifelong process and there is no end to the education.
