Dr. Mohd Adil
Assistant Professor
Dr. Mohd Adil is an accomplished academic and researcher specializing in Behavior Finance, FinTech, and Investors’ Psychology. With a Ph.D. from Aligarh Muslim University (AMU), he has established a strong research profile, evidenced by an h-index of 5, i10 index of 4, and 451 citations. His doctoral thesis, “A study of investment behavior of individual investors,” explores the psychological and behavioral factors influencing investment decisions. Dr. Adil has published extensively in high-impact journals, including ABDC-B and Scopus-indexed outlets, and has presented at international conferences. He is a recipient of the UGC-Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) in Commerce (2019) and has qualified the UGC-NET for Lectureship in 2018 and 2019. With proficiency in tools like SPSS, AMOS, and Smart PLS-4, he brings technical expertise to his research and teaching. His teaching experience includes a year at a coaching institute and a stint as an Assistant Professor at iNurture, TMU, Moradabad, and Aligarh College of Engineer and management, Aligarh, where he contributed to commerce education.
