Dr. Monika Bishnoi born on 4th June, 1981 in Hisar (Haryana). My father Sh. Ram Singh Bishnoi is an agriculturist and my mother Smt. Saraswati Devi is a homemaker. I have an elder sister. I did my schooling from New Yashoda Public School, Hisar. I have completed my B.Sc. (2002), M.Sc. (2004), B.Ed. (2005), M.Phil. (2009), M.Ed. (2009), M.Tech. (2016) and Ph.D. (2023) from Manav Rachna University. Additionally, I have qualified STET (TGT) and HTET (PRT). Also, I have work experience of 13 years as an Assistant Professor.
