Dr. Roopesh Kumar was awarded the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) by Bundelkhand University, Jhansi (Uttar Pradesh) in 2022. He was conferred the degree of Master of Law (LL.M.) by Department of Law, Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra (Haryana) in the year 2008. He started his career in September 2009 as Lecturer in Shri Ram College of Law, Muzaffarnagar, Uttar Pradesh. He qualified UGC-NET examination in June, 2013. He has published seven research papers in various national and international journals dedicated to the domains of law and public policy. He has worked as Assistant Professor in various reputed institutions including HIMT group of Colleges, Greater Noida, Lloyd Law College, Greater Noida, Uttaranchal University, Dehradun, Noida International University, Greater Noida, Bharati Vidyapeeth University’s Institute of Management and Research (BVIMR), Paschim Vihar, New Delhi and Raffles University, Neemrana (Rajasthan). He joined School of Legal Studies (SOLS), K R Mangalam University, Gurugram (Haryana) on 20/08/2024. In June 2024, his book titled LGBTQ Rights in India & Abroad: Emerging Horizons, was published by Satyam Law International, New Delhi. With specialization in Business Law in LL.M., he acclaims specialization in the domains of Jurisprudence, Human Rights, International Law, Constitutional Law.
