With 6 years of collective experience of industry and academia her primary objective is to facilitate learning in students so that they hone the best skills to work in the industry and prove themselves as a valuable asset to their organisation.after completing my bachelors degree from ihm,lucknow she started her career with hyatt regency, delhi as a hotel operation trainee where she was provided with opportunity to work in multple cuisines and kitchens like italian, thai, japanese, chinese, mexican, bakery & patisserie,gardemanger and events with expat chefs which gave her an edge to learn autehentic dishes and their approach on cooking. in between aiming for further studies she also worked at standalone restaurant to polish her skills. she has also worked in retail area which dealt with cheese, cold cuts and gourmet products and was in constant interaction with customers, providing them suggestions and food products which they can use in cooking for making authentic dishes made around the world. wanting to advance further in studies she completed her masters degree from ihm pusa in 2018 during her studies she was given an opportunity to impart knowledge and demonstrate her cooking skills for first year students under supervision of chef incharge who constantly guided her on how to facilitate learning in students both in practical and theoritical ways after that she started her academic career with sihm siddhpur as a faculty in culinary department in 2018 and took care of foundation subjects of cookery and bakery& patisserie for first year students and international cuisines for third years students. with her tenure there she has mentored students to be active in operating events, creating theme lunches, heading the chefs club for strengthening skills and knowledge of budding chefs. she has also worked with a culinary focused institution, tedco school of culinary arts where it was primarily focused on cooking and baking. it also enrolled students of different age group which were eager to learn culinary. she was a former assistant professor in deparment of hotel management and catering technology at jamia hamdard deemed to be university where she was taking care of first years and took foundation subjects in cookery and bakery & patisserie. she is also a research scholar and always tries to inculcate research and development in culinary so that students stay updated of trends and innovate new recipes and dishes. with k.r. mangalam university, she aims to continue her methods of teaching and demonstrating her skills to impart knowledge in students and also learn the ways in which this university tries to shape the future of students and bring out the best in them.
