I am Shikha Khurana, having a total experience of 18.5years.

Out of which 15.1 years in Academics and 3.4 years in Industry.

I am currently serving as an Assistant Professor at K.R. Mangalam University in the School of  Engineering and Technology, prior to that I had worked  at G.  D. Goenka University as Assistant Professor in School of Engineering and Sciences from October 2018 to August 2023.

Before joining G. D. Goenka University in 2018, I had worked as an Assistant Professor at KIIT College of Engineering (India) from July 2008 to October 2018. I had also worked in the industry as Marketing Executive (In-house) from November 2004 – March 2008.

My educational qualifications include, Ph.D. from The Northcap University (India)-(Thesis Submitted) and hold a Master’s degree, M.Tech.(Electronics and Communication Engineering) from Maharshi Dayanand University(India), and B.E.(Electronics and Communication Engineering) from Punjab Technical University(India).

Apart from teaching, I have been mentoring final-year and pre-final-year students for Industrial Internships and guiding them to develop the skill set required by the industries.

I have been interacting with companies like Siemens, Maverick Semiconductors, and Autobot Academy to upskill students and provide placement opportunities for final-year students.
