Position – Assistant Registrar

Location – Sohna Road, Gurugram          

  • Liasioning, and correspondence with UGC/ BCI/ AICTE/ PCI/ COA/ HSCP/ HSPC/ MHRD/ DMER/ Department of Higher Education, Haryana & other government bodies, as assigned and required from time to time.
  • Preparation of interconnected information/figures/work required for updation on website of the University, related to Admission/Registry/Rules and Regulations. Administer and gather all information for curriculum requirements coordinate with various departments for web development and prepare publishing schedule.
  • Composing data for BCI application/proforma, proposal document, and preparation for BCI visit for approval of Law programs.
  • Preparing data for PCI application and preparation for PCI visit for approval of Pharmacy programs.
  • Maintenance of records of work related to scholarship/assistantship for UG/PG students etc.
  • Maintain student records and data required for various statutory bodies such as UGC, NAAC, AISHE, PUI, NIRF etc.
  • Coordination with NTA/Other Agencies for conduct of entrance examination of the various programmes of the Institute
  • Maintain Data and registration process of CUET UG and PG.
  • Nodal Officer of UGC Activity Monitoring Portal
  • Handling Scholarship NSP and State Level as University Nodal Officer.
  • Handling the portal of DHE/NCTE/AISHE as University Nodal Officer.
  • Handling the portal of BCI/PCI/COA.
  • Compilation of data and making it available for MIS/Annual reports, as required by the management; and associated with the work mentioned in relation to Registrars functions and roles.
  • To assist in applying for new Courses & Programs with Higher Education Department & relevant regulatory authority.
  • Registration in Haryana State Technical Education Society of B. Pharma/B. Pharma LEET Students
  • Extending support to key offices on campus such as the Office of Academic Office, Examinations Office, Vice Chancellor’s Office as per the directions of the Registrar Sir.
  • Issuing various notices and circulars for faculty, staff members and students from time to time.
  • Assist the Registrar with other day-to-day administrative tasks as necessary.
