Position Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic Incubation Manager to lead the university’s incubation center, fostering a vibrant entrepreneurial ecosystem and supporting start-ups in achieving revenue-generating success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Start-up Support & Mentorship: Guide start-up founders on business strategies, funding, and scaling operations.
- Industry & Government Networking: Build connections with government agencies, unicorn start-ups, and corporate partners to secure sponsorships and CSR funds.
- Collaboration & Ecosystem Building: Network with other incubation centers and stakeholders to share best practices and enhance the incubation process.
- Technology Management: Oversee and train on 3D printers, laser cutting machines, robotic kits, and IoT tools for product development.
- Operational Excellence: Develop structured incubation processes and organize events, workshops, and mentorship programs for start-ups.
Qualifications:
- Education: B.T ech in engineering or technology-related disciplines.
- Experience: At least 3 years in start-up incubation, innovation management, or a similar role.
- Skills: Strong networking abilities, technical expertise in advanced prototyping tools, and a proven ability to secure funding through CSR initiatives.
