  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of influencer campaigns, providing detailed reports and insights to measure ROI and inform future strategies.
  • Budget Management: Manage the influencer marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective and high-impact collaborations.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay updated with the latest trends in social media and influencer marketing to continually optimize strategies and campaigns.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams such as social media, PR, content, and product to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts.
  • Compliance: Ensure all influencer partnerships and campaigns comply with industry regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2-4 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media management, or digital marketing.

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.) and influencer marketing trends.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Creative thinking and ability to craft compelling content strategies.
