Primary Focus

• Technical and Deliverability: An Email Marketing/Delivery Specialist focuses on the technical aspects of sending emails, ensuring that emails reach the recipient’s inbox and do not end up in spam folders. They manage the infrastructure and compliance needed for high deliverability rates.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliverability Management: Monitor and optimize email deliverability rates.
• Sender Reputation: Manage and improve the sender’s reputation to prevent emails from being marked as spam.
• Technical Support: Configure and maintain email servers, authentication protocols
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulations and industry best practices.
• Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve email Marketing/delivery issues.
• Infrastructure Optimization: Optimize email sending infrastructure for performance.
• Data Analysis: Analyze Marketing/delivery metrics to provide insights and improve processes.
• Collaboration: Work with email marketing teams to align technical efforts with campaign goals.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Experience: 4+ years of experience in email marketing or digital marketing.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in email marketing platforms
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, including segmentation, personalization, and compliance.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Creative Skills: Excellent writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for design and detail.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
