Job Overview:
K.R. Mangalam University is seeking a strategic and proactive Recruitment Manager to drive talent acquisition for faculty, administrative, and support staff. The ideal candidate will oversee the entire recruitment process, aligning hiring practices with the university’s vision and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute recruitment strategies that align with the university’s growth objectives.
- Talent Acquisition: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Collaboration: Partner with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
- Sourcing & Outreach: Utilize job portals, campus drives, social media, and professional networks to attract a diverse candidate pool.
- Brand Management: Promote the university’s employer brand and highlight its academic culture.
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings and coordinate with departments for final evaluations.
- Data Management: Maintain the applicant tracking system and generate recruitment reports.
- Compliance: Ensure recruitment practices comply with university policies and legal standards.
- Continuous Improvement: Review and refine recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field; master’s preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in recruitment, ideally in the higher education sector.
Skills:
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software.
- Strategic mindset for developing effective recruitment strategies.
