Job Summary:

The Senior HR Recruiter will play a key role in finding top talent for the organization, focusing on full-cycle recruitment for mid-to-senior level roles across various departments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sourcing, interviewing, and on boarding, along with the ability to manage relationships with hiring heads/managers and provide a consultative approach to recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and on boarding of candidates.
  • Sourcing Talent: Proactively source candidates through a variety of channels including job boards/portals, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
  • Collaboration with Hiring Heads/Managers: Work closely with hiring heads/managers to understand job requirements, candidate profiles, and team dynamics.
  • Candidate Screening & Interviews: Conduct initial phone screenings, behavioural interviews, and technical assessments to identify qualified candidates.
  • Talent Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for future job openings.
  • Offer Negotiations & On boarding: Facilitate offer discussions and lead negotiations with final-stage candidates. Oversee the smooth on boarding process.
  • Market Insights: Stay updated with job portals, recruiting trends and the competitive hiring landscape to advise on hiring best practices.
  • Metrics & Reporting: Track recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire, and report results to leadership dates for future job openings.
  • Offer Negotiations & Onboarding: Facilitate offer discussions and lead negotiations with final-stage candidates. Oversee the smooth on boarding process.
