MUN (Model United Nations) Club
Creating Citizens of the World
MUN (Model United Nations) Club promotes discussions, debates and cognitive abilities that promote critical thinking of the participants and make them aware and reflective of the current scenarios in India and the world. The club endeavours to develop a culture of interaction, dialogue, debates and synthesis. MUNC has organized a wide range of activities in the University including extempore, panel discussions, quizzes etc.
The objectives of the MUN Club are:
- To enable students to use their creativity and analytical skills to create a potent action plan for the future of humanity.
- To enable students to understand, appreciate, analyse and apply values of social justice in everyday life.
- To prepare students to represent larger forums by developing their public speaking skills.
- The activities conducted under this club included: extempore competitions, debates and panel discussions, poster-making competitions, and essay writing competitions.
