On 17 October 2022, the School of Engineering & Technology, K.R. Mangalam University organized an event on the role of Science and technology in Swatch Bharat Abhiyan at Ghamroj village. an awareness camp was scheduled by the faculty members. The drive focused on the segregation of waste as well as technology involvement during segregation. Students of Vivekananda academy took an oath not to spread waste in society and use the proper dustbin. Ex-army personnel with some senior citizens of the village accompanied during the campaign at Gramin bank, Vivekananda academy, government school, main market, main chowk, and Shaheed Smarak of the village.
