Book on Environmental Law

On the eve of " World Environment Day" Hon'ble Vice Chancellor, Professor Chandra Shekhar Dubey Sir, Pro Vice-Chancellor Professor Pushplata Tripathi Ma'am and Chair Professor Prof. Mehraj Uddin Mir Sir have released an edited book on "Environmental Law, Governance & Sustainable Development edited by School of Legal Studies. In this book, contributors discussed the sufficiency, effectiveness, legitimacy and fairness of current law and challenges in light of Climate Change, environmental degradation and pollution concerns.
