On 21st Oct,22, The School of Hotel Management and Catering Technology, K.R. Mangalam University organized a Diwali Carnival for the students of the university. During this event, students prepared Gol Gappe, Tikki, and Bhalle Papdi Treats (Indian Street Food) decorated, and sold handmade decorative items. Through this event, the students learned how to sell food items and décor items to people. It was a huge learning experience for them, they learned the art of preparing food and also selling it and keeping the books for the same.
