School of Hotel Management and Catering Technology organized an industrial visit to INA Market on 30 May 2022 for exposing English vegetables and sauces in upcoming semesters; this industry visit will be focused on making students familiar with the Coasting and names of the Vegetables.

This event was organized to make students familiar with various English vegetables and sauces and to prepare food with the help of ingredients of Five-star standards. Students got an introduction to kitchen setup, equipment, ingredient, and self-Entrepreneurship. This event brings special exposure to vegetables, Non-Veg raw materials, and raw spices. Students can become pastry chefs as a good career path for their future. This industry visit will be focused on making students familiar with the Coasting and names of the Vegetables.
