Inter-University Competition Go Beyond Talent: A Power Beat
Go Beyond Talent: A Power Beat was organized by the NSS unit of K.R. Mangalam University. It was an inter-university competition that took place on 5th and 6th May 2022. The event included multiple competitions including Singing, Dancing, Poetry, Mimicry, Street Play, etc.
The first day of the event took place in-campus, Moot court, A-Block. It began on a very beautiful note by chanting Ganesh Vandana and lamp lighting. The lamp lighting ceremony was done by the judges of the event, Dr. Anshul Saluja and Mr. Sunil Kumar with the NSS coordinator, Program Officer, and NSS member.
It was very overwhelming to see the graceful performances of the participants. The event was concluded with the announcement of semi-final results and the distribution of refreshments to all the participants and NSS team members. Out of 18 participants, 7 got selected for the next round.
The second and final day of the event took place at the panchayat Bhawan in Ghamroj village as an extension activity in which the students from girl’s Govt. Sr. Sec. School participated and showcased their talents by singing and dancing.
It was an interesting and interactive competition where students from two different backgrounds performed on one stage. Ashi and Amrita got the first position in dancing and poetry, and the girls from Govt. Sr. Sec. School got second prize for the wonderful performance in dancing. The third prize was won by Lokesh Aggrawal and Diksha for their fabulous performance.
