Schools of K. R. Mangalam University organized the Freshers’ Party on 12th March, 2021 to welcome the new batch and provide an amazing ice-breaking session. The annual festivity provided an opportunity for freshers to showcase their talent and interact with their seniors. The party started with the Ganesha Vandana, followed by a virtual message by Hon’ble Vice-Chancellor Prof. (Dr.) Deependra Kumar Jha. He told students to enjoy the party but to remain cautious and careful in unprecedented times. After that, deans & coordinators of all departments addressed students and advised them to enjoy their college life while also focusing on their studies. After the speeches, it was time for students to showcase their talents by ramp walking, poetry speaking, rock band performance, and solo singing. New students were awarded the title of Mr. & Miss. Freshers, Mr. & Miss Evening, Mr. & Miss. Charming and such. Faculties provided students with refreshments, and the event ended with happy memories to be cherished forever.
