School of Hotel Management and Catering Technology, K.R. Mangalam University organized an event on 31st August 2022 on the occasion of Ganesh Chaturthi, for teaching the students about regional Maharashtrian Cuisine and the decor of the festival. The students learned how to make regional Maharashtrian Cuisine, different spices used for the same, and different cooking techniques.
The students learned to decorate a room as per the event/festival and also learned the importance to create biodegradable items and how to make them. The menu made by the students is Masala Bhaat, Kohlapuri Paneer, Batata Bhaji, and Modak.
