SJMC, Mediaverse organise Radio Jockey Contest

Judge RJ Aniket shares tips on voice modulation and diction 

Mediaverse, in association with the School of Journalism and Mass Communication, KR Mangalam University organised an Inter-University Online Radio Jockey Contest on February 21. The theme of the contest was ‘Kaho Apne Mann Ki Baat’.
 
 
Popular radio jockey and podcaster, RJ Aniket from Radio One, was the judge for the event. During his interaction with the participants, RJ Aniket explained the nuances of radio jockeying, besides sharing tips to improve voice modulation and diction. The contest was also judged by Assistant Professor of Physiotherapy, SMAS and voiceover artist, Mamta Shankar. 
 
 
As many as 46 students from different universities and colleges like IP University, National Institute of Fashion Technology, Gautam Buddha University, Amity University, SGT University, Christ College and Patna Women’s College vied for top honours during the contest.  
The RJ Contest was part of a series of inter-university competitions being organised by KRMU from February 21 to February 25. Its main objective was to give students an opportunity to showcase their creativity and gift of the gab.
