24th February Venue - KR Mangalam University

Tattoo Making Competition

Science Society of K.R Mangalam University organized a “Tattoo Making Competition” on 24th February 2022 to encourage the student’s creativity, cognitive skills and teach them the effective use of time and energy. The event was held in C-block Basement from 12:00 noon onwards. In total 16 teams (from KRMU; Maitreyi College (Delhi University); DPG degree college and SGT university) Participated in this event.
Although every competitor participated actively and enjoyed the event, the first prize was shared by Harsh Yadav (SOMC), KRMU; the second position was secured by Shivani (DPG degree college) and the third position was shared by three students Parul (Maitreyi College, Delhi University), Tanya (KRMU) and Neha Khatana (KRMU). Trophies and exciting cash prizes of INR 800 (First position), INR 600 (Second Position) and INR 500(Third Position) were granted to the winners. All the contestants were provided with participation certificates.
 
 
The event was successful with the help of our event coordinators; Dr Ruby Jindal, Assistant Professor (SBAS) and Ms Sara Khan, Assistant Professor ( SOET). Student coordinators for the event were Kanishka, Sheetal and Anjali from SBAS.
K. R. Mangalam University encourages positive competition and hopes to bring out the best in all its students through such competitive events while ensuring that the children learn in all possible ways- not just through books and classroom teaching.
JMC organised an online session on “ Responsibility of Journalists when covering Military Conflicts” by Sputnik News Agency.
