Workshop on Effective communication

School Of Agricultural Sciences, K.R. Mangalam University organized a workshop for enhancing communication skills among Agri-entrepreneurs on 2 November 2022. The resource person for the workshop was Mr. Neeraj Singh, Director of Training, KRMU. The workshop started with an introduction of students about their family background, their hobbies, and their aim in life. Students also discussed their career choice in the agriculture field. Mr. Neeraj asked students to build a strong bond and comprehension within a business and its employees and set clear expectations since communication is considered to be the key element in any business. The workshop proved to be beneficial for the students as they gained knowledge regarding the importance of good communication skills.
