Workshop on Mocktails and Summer Coolers

With the objective of exposing students to the preparation of various Beverages, with different Methods, bar planning, Garnishing, Glassware, and practical exposure of the same School of Hotel Management and Catering Technology organized a mocktail and summer coolers workshop on 23 August 2022. To familiarize students with different methods of mocktails and cocktails preparation this workshop was organized. Mocktails like Virgin Marry, appletini, coconut mix, curaso lemonade, Virgin Pinacolada, Cucumber Mix, Virgin Roy Rogers, and Fruit punch, Watermelon Lemonade, Cinderella, and Virgin Mojito were prepared in the workshop. Students understood the making and garnishing of advanced mocktails, bar planning, equipment, ingredient, and different types of glassware and their usage. Organizing such events directly help students negotiate their future career path and it also helps in the exploration of alternate career choices for the students in the field of Food and Beverage Services.
