Projects/Achievements
At KRMU, involved in developing an Engineering Kitchen. A very versatile system for growth of high quality single crystals has been developed successfully. It has novel approaches in fabrication of a high temperature furnace with capability of functioning at high temperatures upto 1000 °C. The pulling system employs a novel approach. Some results have been published. A new system is under development for zone refining of aluminium rods. It is under the broad approach for converting waste materials into valuable assets. Initial results are very encouraging.
