A highly motivated individual with willingness to learn new things and having a positive approach towards life, completed 10+2 from Sadhu Vaswani International School, Delhi. Graduated in 2020 from Delhi pharmaceutical sciences and Research university with 73.4% and completed Masters in physiotherapy (Neurology) from Jamia Hamdard University in 2022. Have successfully completed a 6-month course in yoga with A grade. Have been an enthusiastic participant in various college events, health camps and have volunteered in conferences. Have also presented papers and posters at various conferences at national and international level and have won laurels. With an objective to excel in the field of physiotherapy, academics, and research I am open to learning and grow professionally.

  • Completed a systematic review to analyze the effectiveness of hand-arm bimanual intensive training (HABIT) in rehabilitation of children with unilateral cerebral palsy. (Prospero registered and under publication).
  • Conducted an observational study to assess the respiratory health of CISF security personnel (DMRC) posted at different areas of Delhi. The study is under publication process.

  • Received “Star student award” at FEMCON 2 (female physio summit 2019) organized by Jaipur National University
  • Presented paper on “Effect of air pollution on the respiratory health of the CISF security personnel of Delhi” in 8th INCPT AIIMS 2019 and secured 2nd position 
  • Presented poster on “I choose sports or my body chooses sports” in DPSRU and secured 1st position. 
  • Presented paper on “Spirometric evaluation of respiratory functions and Impact of exercise training among school children” (original research paper) and secured 1st position in UG category in Physio vibes 2019 organized by Jagannath University, Bahadurgarh. 
  • Presented poster on “Role of proximal fibular osteotomy (PFO) in terms of pain relief and improvement of joint function in osteoarthritis of medial compartment of knee” on 1st National symposium (6th September 2018) and secured the 2nd position
