Sahiba Sharma has earned her PhD from SRM University, Delhi NCR, Sonipat, and Haryana in cross cultural management (HR & OB). Besides having consistently, a meritorious academic background, she has experience in academic administration, teaching and research. She was earlier associated with Panipat Institute of Engineering and Technology in Department of Business and Management Studies as Assistant Professor. She was research associate at Indian Institute of Foreign Trade, New Delhi and FORE school of Management, New Delhi. She has published several research papers in National and International Journals indexed in SSCI, Scopus, ESCI and ABDC, and has several national and international conferences, a patent, a book chapter, a book (fiction) and a case study (bloomsburry) to her credit. She has also coordinated international conferences and has done collaborated research work and projects. Additionally, she has experience of working with manufacturing industries, cross cultural consultants and embassy officials.
