Bindu Grover

Ph.D.

Bindu Grover Research Scholar, presented at the International School of Beijing on Saturday, 1 March,2025. This session explores how equitable opportunities for multilingual students with Translanguaging strategies, paired with effective text engineering, to enhance language development. Participants learnt practical methods for integrating text engineering as a tool for scaffolding comprehension and promoting home language to accelerate academic engagement. The session also addressed how to collaborate with all stakeholders to promote learner agency by students taking ownership to navigate between languages to strengthen their understanding and expression across subjects.

Deepali Gupta

Ph.D. 2nd Semester

Deepali Gupta, Research Scholar, Ph.D. (2nd Semester) actively participated in prestigious academic conferences in early 2025, contributing to the discourse on sustainability, education, and innovation. On January 12, 2025, she attended a national conference on “Multidisciplinary Approaches to SDGs and Youth Empowerment for Sustainable Development”, organized by Teacher Training College (TTCB), Bhagalpur, Bihar, in collaboration with ICERT India & USA. This conference focused on aligning education with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) through youth-centric initiatives.

Shalika Kapoor

B.El.Ed. (6th semester)

Shalika Kapoor, a student of B.El.Ed. (6th semester), participated in the Inter-college competition “Kalanjali” held on 06/02/2025 at Ch. Pratap Singh Memorial College of Education, Sector 34, Gurgaon. She presented a PowerPoint presentation on the theme “AI in Teaching-Learning Process” and secured the second position in the PPT presentation competition, showcasing her knowledge and creativity in integrating technology with education.

Varsha Yadav

Varsha Yadav, a student of B.Ed. (4th semester), presented her research paper titled “Artificial Intelligence in Education” at the International Conference Fusion of Wisdom and Technology: Yoga, Consciousness, and AI for a Better World (ICFWT 2025) organized by Apeejay Satya University, Sohna, Gurgaon. Her paper explored the transformative role of AI in modern educational practices, reflecting a blend of innovation and academic insight.

Deepika Chauhan and Vanlalzahawma Lawitlang, students of B.Ed. (4th semester), presented their research paper titled “Policies and Legal Framework for Gender Equality in Education” at the seminar organized by the School of Education, K.R. Mangalam University On 18th March 2025. The seminar, themed “Advancing Gender Equity in Education: Pathways to Sensitization, Inclusion, and Empowerment,” provided a platform for the duo to critically examine existing educational policies and legal provisions promoting gender equality, reflecting their strong understanding of the systemic changes needed for inclusive and equitable education.
