In Hotel Industry he has worked as an executive chef in Holiday Inn International chain Johannesburg (South Africa), Fariyas group of hotels, Oberoi group of hotels and Clarks group of hotels.
Prof. Verma has authored various books on different topics and associated with training and consultancy work.
