Basic Training Kitchen

Housekeeping Lab

The state-of-the-art Housekeeping lab comprises guest supplies, chemicals, abrasives, linen, etc., required for accommodation upkeep and other related jobs. The laundry in housekeeping has IoT (Internet of Things) washing machines, steam press, ironing table, etc., allowing students to learn laundry management.

Front Office Lab

The well-equipped computer labs in the university prepare students to operate the latest information technologies in day-to-day management. Every student gets a dedicated system to work in a multi-user environment. They learn to use standard software packages and apply those to resolve management issues.

Conference Room Lab

The university has a central library where students can read books, resource materials, magazines, periodicals, and journals.

Training Restaurant With Bar

Training Restaurant and bar is well-appointed to cater to universal flavors and teach the serving techniques at par with the industry requirements. Other professional training includes buffets, banquets, gueridon service, etc.

Computer Application Labs

In the front office lab, the students get training to build a good relationship with guests during registration formalities, gathering information, and billing. The course equally insists on soft skills training such as communication skills, social etiquette, oratory skills, and conflict management.

Library/ Learning Resource

Another part of the front office is the fully-furnished Conference Room lab for meetings, video conferencing, and seminars. Students learn to operate a business center professionally in this modernly designed lab.
