CONCOCTION “Intellectual Property Rights”
School of Medical and Allied Sciences organized a technical session “CONCOCTION “Intellectual Property Rights: Safeguarding Ideas & Empowering Innovators “in collaboration with KEIC, K R Mangalam University.The primary focus of this event was to educate participants on the significance of safeguarding their intellectual creations, be it medical innovations, research findings, or allied scientific discoveries. The keynote speakers for the event were Mr. Vaibhav vivek and Mr. Divyanshu Mishra, Assistant Controller of Patents & Designs (from NIPAM). With their extensive knowledge and experience, they guided attendees through the intricacies of IPR, including patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets. They also provided practical insights into how individuals and organizations in the school of medical and allied sciences can navigate the complex landscape of intellectual property rights.
