Seema Raj is a faculty of Department of Chemistry (SBAS). Since 2003, she has started her teaching journey. Before KRMU she provided her services in 4 other institutions. She has 19 years of teaching experience. In addition to her specialization: Organic Chemistry courses, she also taught other courses as: Engineering Chemistry, Environmental Studies, Environmental Management, Bio-chemistry and Analytical Methods. She is very passionate about her work. She wants to develop herself by contributing in different types of work responsibilities and higher education programs.

Currently she is Heading Research Innovation and Extensions (NAAC Criteria 3) of University, BoS member, SRC member, Time-Table $ Load Co-ordinator, Departmental Examinatin Co-ordinator, Member Secretory of R&D Cell, Seed Grant Review Committee. She is guiding research to PhD scholars, PG students and UG students. She has published 14 research papers in various International and National Journal. She presented and published her work in 28 International and National Conferences. She also filed a patent in 2013.Apart from research she always organizes workshops and actively participates in Conferences, Seminars and other University level events.
