Dr. Shweta A. Bansal has more than 17 years of teaching and 11 years of research experience in the field of Artificial Intelligence. Currently, she is working as an Associate Professor with the CSE Department, School of Engineering and Technology, K R Mangalam University, since 20th September 2021. She worked as Assistant Professor and HOD of the R&D lab with KIIT College of Engineering, Gurgaon from July 2010 to April 2021. During her association of more than 10 years with KIIT College of Engineering, she has completed six research projects as Principal Investigator and Co-Investigator funded by SAG, DRDO, and Meity Delhi. She was the core member of the technical, review, and organizing committees of the various National/International conferences held at KIIT.

She is the reviewer of many journals including Springer also. She has guided more than 40 B.Tech/ M.Tech. Dissertations. She is a member of various professional bodies and societies including IEEE and the Acoustical Society of India. She has published more than 25 research papers in various International/National Scopus and SCI indexed Journals and International/National Conferences proceedings. She has attended many workshops/seminars/ FDP’s in the area of Artificial Intelligence and Machine learning. She has received the Best Faculty award for the year 2012-2013 at KIIT College of Engineering, Gurgaon.
