Ms. Nirmaljeet Kaur Virk has over 11 years of academic experience and 7 years of industrial with reputed institutions. Currently she is working as Assistant Professor at K. R. Mangalam University, Gurgaon, India. She is pursuing her doctorate from Lincoln University College, Malaysia. She has participated in various workshops, FDPs, seminars, conferences to keep herself updated and well equipped with latest innovations and changes in the field of Research. She has many publications in reputed refereed and peer-reviewed international journals some of which are ABDC and SCOPUS indexed. Her areas of interest include technology adoption, services marketing and consumer behaviour.
