Job Description: Faculty for Online E-Content Development
Job Overview:
K.R. Mangalam University is seeking dynamic and knowledgeable faculty members from BBA–MBA to contribute to the development of high-quality online e-content videos.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Deliver high- quality teaching using innovative and experiential pedagogies.
- Conduct online & live classes for assigned courses.
- Develop course content, case studies, and practical modules in line with current industry practices.
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations and E – content for the assigned courses.
- Ensure content is well-structured, engaging, and aligned with academic requirements.
- Assist in curriculum planning and content delivery.
- Contribute to academic administration and departmental responsibilities.
Working Hours:
- Weekdays 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Flexible).
Weekends Availability (flexible).
Qualifications & Eligibility:
- Master’s Degree in relevant discipline from a recognized university.
- Preferably NET/JRF qualified (for university-level teaching).
- PhD is desirable.
- Industry experience in HR, training, recruitment, or learning & development is desirable.
- Experience in online teaching and strong subject knowledge and communication skills.
- Ability to use digital tools for recording and content delivery.
