Role Overview
Lead and manage the full recruitment function for the university—covering academic, administrative, and support staff hiring. Build recruitment systems, reduce hiring cycles, improve talent quality, and strengthen our employer brand in higher education.
Key Responsibilities
  • Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (planning, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers).
  • Partner closely with Deans and department heads to understand manpower needs.
  • Strengthen hiring pipelines for faculty, leadership positions, and technical roles.
  • Use data and dashboards to track recruitment efficiency, quality of hire, and TAT.
  • Drive proactive sourcing and talent mapping; maintain candidate pipelines.
  • Standardize job descriptions, interview processes, and evaluation mechanisms.
  • Lead employer branding initiatives across online platforms and events.
  • Manage and mentor a small hiring team.
Requirements
  • 4–7 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Prior experience in education, tech, consulting, or fast-growing organizations preferred.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Hands-on sourcing capability and comfort with recruitment tools
