Role Summary:
We are looking for a sharp, driven, and highly organized Secretarial Assistant to work directly with leadership across K.R. Mangalam Group. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by managing communication, documentation, scheduling, and other secretarial duties.
Key Responsibilities:
Calendar & Stakeholder Management:
- Manage schedules, set priorities, and coordinate with key internal and external stakeholders.
Operational Oversight:
- Develop dashboards, progress trackers, review systems, and performance reports to ensure operational rigor.
Cross-Team Coordination:
- Liaise with academic and administrative teams to align on goals and follow through on execution.
Problem Solving & Decision Support:
- Anticipate roadblocks, resolve bottlenecks, and bring clarity to complex initiatives with structured thinking.
Strategic Execution:
- Prioritize and drive high-impact projects across institutional and educational domains.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred in Administration, Commerce, or related fields).
- 2–3 years of experience in a secretarial or administrative role, preferably in an educational institution.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional demeanor and a high level of discretion and integrity.
