Session on Fitness & Recreation
The School of Humanities recently organised an exciting “Fitness & Recreation” session featuring a range of engaging physical activities and fun games. Highlights included the high-energy “tug of war” and the skillful “ball balancing exercises,” both of which encouraged teamwork and pushed participants to their limits. Indoors, the enjoyment continued with “carrom” and “table tennis,” offering a perfect blend of challenge and camaraderie. These activities brought smiles and laughter and released feel-good endorphins, boosting mood and reducing stress. The session was a resounding success, marked by enthusiastic student participation, and contributed to both physical well-being and strengthened social bonds. Â
