Promoting gender equality and empowering women at all educational, research, and professional development levels is a priority for K.R. Mangalam University. In order to promote leadership and creativity, the university encourages female students to take part in skill-development workshops, start-up incubation, and entrepreneurship programs. Along with planning seminars, workshops, and awareness campaigns addressing workplace rights, gender equality, and the prevention of gender-based violence, it also supports research on gender studies, social inclusion, and women’s empowerment. Women in business, STEM, and other professions are supported by targeted exchange programs, mentorship, and scholarships. A safe, fair, and harassment-free campus environment is also guaranteed by groups like the Equal Opportunity Cell and the Internal Complaints Committee (ICC). K.R.
