Field Visit at Tau Devi Lal Biodiversity Park

The School of Medical and Allied Sciences has organized a field visit entitled “Exploring Nature`s Richness & Medicinal Plant Potential to broaden understanding of Pharmacognosy & sustainable healthcare practices” at Tau Devi Lal Biodiversity Park,  56 Sector Gurugram. The field visit was for first-year students studying D.Pharm. Students were enthralled by the vast array of medicinal plants and got to learn about the importance of plants in traditional medicine covering the curriculum. In conclusion, the School of Medical and Allied Sciences’ visit to the biodiversity Park and exploration of medicinal plants has undoubtedly broadened students’ understanding of pharmacognosy.
