Hackathon 5.0

HACK KRMU 5.0, the 54-hour national-level hackathon organised by the School of Engineering & Technology (Center of Excellence – AI) witnessed extraordinary energy, innovation, and dedication from participants across universities. With over 42 hours of continuous coding, teams worked relentlessly to develop impactful and scalable solutions across diverse domains. The atmosphere remained vibrant throughout, boosted by engaging mentor interactions, technical evaluations, and a DJ session sponsored by Red Bull that re-energized participants during the late hours. The Midnight Challenge further added excitement, keeping the competitive spirit alive. Judgment Round 1 was conducted between 1:00 A.M. and 4:00 A.M. by esteemed judges from Hackshastra along with developers from Hughes Systique and Sunstone, evaluating projects on innovation, feasibility, and real-world application. Following the announcement of results at 7:00 A.M., 60 outstanding teams advanced to the next round, continuing their journey with unwavering passion, resilience, and determination.
