Inaugural Workshop on Forensic Science & Criminology

K.R. Mangalam University, Gurugram, recently hosted an insightful workshop on “Scope and Career Pathways in Forensic Science and Criminology” to empower students exploring these dynamic fields. The highlight of the event was an engaging keynote address by Professor Minakshi Sinha from the prestigious National Forensic Science University (NFSU), Delhi Campus, who captivated an audience of over 100 students from B.Sc. Forensic Science and LLB programmes. Professor Sinha shared her expertise on the growing importance of forensic science in modern criminal investigations, technological advancements, and the wide career opportunities available in government organizations, law enforcement, research institutions, and international bodies. The interactive session encouraged active participation, providing students with valuable insights into real-world applications and future pathways, while reinforcing K.R. Mangalam University’s commitment to bridging academics with professional exposure and preparing students for impactful careers in justice and criminology.
